Women’s Soccer Heads to LA Tech for Road Contest

It is Marshall’s final roadtrip of the season
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall women's soccer (4-12-0, 2-6-0) goes to Ruston, La., for its final road contest of the season at Louisiana Tech on Sunday (Oct. 27). First kick is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. EST/Noon CST.

SCOUTING LA TECH
The Lady Techsters enter the contest 11-4-2 with a 3-4-1 record in Conference USA action. They are winless in their last four matches (0-3-1).
Autumn Woodard leads LA Tech with 34 points and 15 goals this season. Amber Posthauer is second in goals with eight. Jayln Peoples has a team-best eight assists.
Carlotta Cartelli has been the stalwart in goal playing in 13 matches and starting 12. She has posted two clean sheets this season.
