Marshall Baseball Set for Fall Ball Game at WVU

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University baseball team will take on the West Virginia Mountaineers next Friday (Sept. 16) in a fall ball contest in Morgantown.

"I'm looking forward to seeing our guys compete next Friday in an exhibition game in Morgantown," Marshall baseball head coach Jeff Waggoner said. "We will only have had a week of individuals and three practices before we play, but it will give us a really good idea what to work on. Fall baseball is about development and what a great opportunity to play a Big 12 opponent on the road to get the guys ready for a challenging spring schedule."

The contest is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Monongalia Country Ballpark.
