Marshall Men’s Golf Readies for Dayton Flyer Invitational

Herd looking to continue strong start to fall season
KETTERING, Ohio – Marshall's Men's Golf heads to NCR Country Club this week to take part in the Dayton Flyer Invitational in Kettering, Ohio.
Marshall will be one of 13 teams competing in the tournament, which starts on Monday.
"We're really excited for this week," Marshall Men's Golf coach Matt Grobe said. "The golf course is in great shape and the weather looks to be pretty good. This will be one of the strongest fields we have played against. We are looking forward to the challenge."
Monday will feature 36 holes of continuous play, which gets underway at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start.
Tuesday's final round also is a 9 a.m. shotgun start for the last 18 holes that will crown the 2023 champion.
Marshall players competing include Tyler Jones, Ryan Bilby, Joseph Kalaskey, Clayton Thomas, Andrew Wyss and Cameron Jarvis (individual).

Par/Yardage: Par-71, 7,006 yards
