Marshall to compete in two-day meet Friday and Saturday.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Following a split-squad weekend which saw four individual wins, the Marshall track and field program travels to Louisville for the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational.
The weekend's meet will be the first of two straight appearances at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center for MU. Coach Keith Roberts's team will compete at the Bellarmine Classic at the same venue on Friday, Feb. 2.

"The last two meets have produced some good performances for our team," Director of Track and Field Keith Roberts said. "We have been focusing on the process, on execution of the race plan and technique, and can see more of our team starting to sharpen up."
"We are continuing to grow as a team and build a championship culture. We've been working on being competitive and fighting through the finish line. There is no doubt that we expect some huge marks; however, our main focus is execution, energy and excitement. We are progressing through training and gearing up for our championship season."
