Herd Men’s Golf Heads North For Mountaineer Invitational

Marshall looking to make noise at Pete Dye Golf Club this week
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Marshall's Men's Golf team heads north to Bridgeport, W.Va., to compete in the Mountaineer Invitational at Pete Dye Golf Club, hosted by West Virginia, starting Monday.
The two-day event gets underway with 36 holes on Monday starting with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday's final round of 18 holes starts at 8:30 a.m.
"We are really excited to play in the Mountaineer Invitational," Marshall Men's Golf coach Matt Grobe said. "It is one of the best courses in the state and our guys are excited to compete there."
Competitors for the Thundering Herd in the team event include Tyler Jones, Ryan Bilby, Joseph Kalaskey, Clayton Thomas and Cameron Jarvis. Ben Bridges will also compete as an individual.
