Marshall Women’s Golf Set For MountainView Collegiate

Talented field to take aim from The Preserve in Arizona
TUCSON, Ariz. – Marshall Women's Golf is in Arizona this week to take on a talented 14-team field at the MountainView Collegiate.
The 54-hole event is spread across three days of action at The Preserve Golf Club, starting with Sunday's opening round.
"We look forward to taking on a challenging field and a challenging course," Marshall Women's Golf coach Brooke Burkhammer said. "This will be a great experience for our girls in Arizona."
Marshall Women's Golf is coming off a strong effort at the RiverTowne Invitational, in which Emily McLatchey finished T-2 at 1-under for the tournament. That effort led the Herd to a 2nd place finish as a team in the 14-team field.
This week, McLatchey will be joined by teammates Savannah Hawkins, Abbey Bull, Olivia Kochan and Taylor Sargent in competing at The Preserve – a par-72, 6,345-yard course.
Action gets underway at 10 a.m. ET/8 a.m. MT on Sunday with first round action and the same time slot awaits for Monday's second round. Tuesday's final round gets underway with a shotgun start at 10:15 a.m. ET/8:15 a.m. MT.
There are 14 teams in the field and 81 players taking part in the event.
