HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Tennis team opens the Fall on Friday at the Pam Whitehead Invitational in Cincinnati, Ohio, with Johanna Strom going to the ITA All-American.

Marshall welcomes back five returners in Alina Mokrynskaya, Nour El Ouazzani, Meredith Riley, Katy Limanen and Johanna Strom.
Strom heads to the ITA All-American in Cary, North Carolina, to compete in the singles draw. The senior finished with a 14-6 record, winning her final four decisions.
The Herd also welcomes three newcomers in the team in Sarah Copley, Paula Berzina and Thalia Smith.
