2020 (FRESHMAN): Made four appearances, including one start in the shortened season, finishing with a 1-1 record and ERA of 2.31, the third best ERA among pitchers who made at-least four appearances … broke out for his first collegiate win on Feb. 23 vs. Bowling Green in Wilmington when he pitched an impressive 3.1 innings in relief, allowing two hits, no runs, and striking out four Falcons … followed that up on March 1 vs. Canisius when in relief he threw 4.1 scoreless innings, striking out a season-high six while allowing just two hits … made his first collegiate start vs. Akron on March 8 (L, 4.0 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 3 SO) … finished the season with the pitching staff’s fourth most strikeouts (13) and third most strikeouts looking (7).
High School: Attended Spring Valley High School where he played football and baseball…was first-team all-MSAC and first-team all-state…had a 17-strikeout game against Huntington High…helped lead the football team to the state title game three times.
