Appeared in 25 games, making 16 starts during the season...registered 10 hits and scored nine runs while driving home nine… hit three home runs, against Morehead State (Apr. 16), Georgia State (May 4) and at James Madison (May 12)…had three multi-RBI games and a pair of multi-hit efforts.
Prior to Marshall: Attended and played baseball at McCook Community College…was 2023 NJCAA All-American Second Team and NJCAA All-Region IX First Team after hitting .396 with 23 doubles, 18 homers and four triples to go with 82 RBI in 62 games during his sophomore season.
Personal: Born July 11, 2003…son of Jennifer and Dereck Murdoch…chose Marshall because of “coaching staff, Sun Belt Conference and strong community support of athletics.”
