Appeared in seven contests, all in relief...accumulated a 5.40 ERA in 8.1 innings with five strikeouts...threw a season-high 2.0 innings against Eastern Kentucky (Apr. 19)...struck out a season-high two batters against Saint Louis (Feb. 19).
Prior to Marshall: Attended and played high school baseball at Cathedral, where he helped his team to two state championship appearances, winning one of them…two-time All-City Champions and was All-City First-Team…attended Charleston Southern and Southeastern Community College…had 100 strikeouts in 2021 and 88 in 2022 at SCC.
Personal: Born Dec. 18, 2000…son of Nicole and Mark Schofield…has one sibling, Laney…lists playing video games as his favorite hobby.
