Prior to Marshall: Attended and played baseball at Tuscarora in Virginia…during his junior year, he was second-team all-district while he first-team all-district his senior year…first team all-region and second-team all-state his senior year...led Tuscarora to its first district title his junior year, and first regional title in school history his senior year with its first state birth in school history.
Personal: Born July 18, 2005…son of Brian Burkhart and Tessa Miller…chose Marshall because “the culture and atmosphere Marshall is building is unlike any other in the country with the new facilities. I’m excited to play under such a great coaching staff and to be a part of something great.”
