2019 (JUNIOR): Made 12 appearances on the mound, 10 starts and two in relief … struck out 31 batters in 36 innings with a 1-2 record … went six innings giving up just two runs on six hits with six strikeouts in a win over Binghamton (Mar. 2).
2018 (Sophomore): 7 starts in 11 appearances...held a 7.29 ERA in 45.2 innings pitched...37 strikeouts to 26 walks...Went six innings twice for La. Tech and FIU...finished with a 1-4 record.
2017 (Freshman): Pitched 1.2 innings of relief in four appearances, finishing with a 0-0 record … held a 27.00 ERA … named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
High School: Attended Cabell Midland High School … helped lead the team to a sectional championship as a junior and senior … played for the Huntington Hounds for five years in the summer.
Personal: Born on July 12, 1997 … son of Mac and Jennifer McNeel … has two siblings, Courtney and Taylor, both graduated from Marshall University … majoring in biology.
