2018: Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall…ran a season best 5K time of 20:13.5 at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships…ran a best 6K time at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 25:41.5…finished within the top-five in five of the six meets in which Marshall competed at, including third at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals…Was named to the Conference USA All-Academic team…was the first Thundering Herd athlete named to the 12-member team since 2016.
2017: Competed in 6/6 meets for the Herd…began the season at the Morehead State Eagle Opener 5K with a time of 20:53.4…finished third on the team at the Commodore Classic two weeks later with an improved time of 19:59.5…improved her time again at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational two weeks later with a time of 19:31.5…finished third for Marshall in the team’s first 6K of the season at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 23:52.09…set a season best 5K time of 19:27.12 at the Conference USA Championship Meet, finishing third for the Herd…ran in 24:06.9 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals.
2016: Ran in all six of the team’s meets…finished 28th at the Morehead State Eagle Opener with a time of 21:04.6…beat that time at the Commodore Classic two weeks later with a time of 20:18.9…improved that time at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 19:50.1…ran a time of 24:29.66 in her first collegiate 6K at the HPU VertCross Invitational…ran in 20:23.1 at the C-USA Championships…improved her 6K time at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 23:58.

2017-18 (Sophomore): Improved upon personal bests in all four events she competed in from freshman to sophomore year…recorded largest personal record in 5000 meter run by running in time of 19:01.30 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational…hit personal best in 1500 meter run at Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational of 5:12.78…recorded best 3000 meter run time of 11:15.62 at Thundering Herd Invitational…best mile time came at Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational of 5:32.11…Awarded the Conference USA Academic Medal for having a GPA of 3.75 or better.
2016-17 (Freshman): Competed in 10 meets for the Herd…Recorded a best 5000 meter run time at the UNF Spring Break Invitational with a time of 19:41.41, finishing 13th…top 1500m run time came at the Cherry Blossom Invitational with a time of 5:19.39, finishing 11th…top mile time came at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational with a time of 5:37.54…Awarded the Conference USA Academic Medal for achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.
