2019 (Junior): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall…set three personal records throughout the season, beginning with his first collegiate 6K at the Pitt Panther Opener with a time of 19:17.0…set an 8K PR at the Louisville Classic with a time of 25:32.4…finished 21st at the Evansville Invitational in a season-best placement…finished 39th at the Conference USA Championships with a time of 25:56.3…set a PR in the 10K at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 33:45.6 … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2018 (Sophomore): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall…placed in the top-five for the team four times, including finishing third for the Thundering Herd twice…ran a collegiate best 5K time of 16:45.4 at the Queen City Invitational…finished third on the team at the John McNichols Invitational with a time of 27:29.9, which was a new personal record…ran in 27:59.27 at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships, finishing fourth on the team…placed third on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a new collegiate 10K personal best of 34:00.1.
2017 (Freshman): Competed in 2/6 meets for the Herd…finished fourth on the team at the season opening 5K at the Morehead State Eagle Opener with a time of 16:50.2…ran in 29:10.99 in his first collegiate 8K at the VertCross Invitational. Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Prior to Marshall: Was a three-time qualifier in the AAA division State Cross Country Meet…in two of his three state meets, he was a second-team All-State selection along with being a three-time all-region and all-MSAC member…was a two-time state meet qualifier in track…holds a personal record of 16:01 in the 5K.
