2020 (Senior): Competed in one meet in the shortened season … finished 65th at the Live in Lou Classic with an 8K time of 27:47.0.
2019 (Junior): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall and set three PR’s throughout the year…began the year in his first collegiate 6K at the Pitt Panther Opener with a time of 18:46.3, finishing 17th…set an 8K PR of 25:47.6 at the Louisville Classic…recorded a 9th place finish at the Evansville Invitational …set a 10K Personal Record at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 33:05.2...was named to the six-member Conference USA All-Academic team for his 4.0 GPA in Economics, Finance and Applied Mathematics, becoming the first Marshall men's team member named to the team since both Tony Hayes and Will Shaffer earned the honor in 2016 … named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and awarded the C-USA Academic Medal for achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.
2018 (Sophomore): Competed in 5/6 meets for Marshall in a breakout season…began at the John McNichols Invitational 8K with a time of 28:48.8…cut his time at the Paul Short Invitational two weeks later with a time of 27:35.8…ran in 27:37.7 at the VertCross Invitational…set a collegiate 8K personal best in a career-high third place team placement at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships in Boca Raton, Florida with a time of 27:08.7 in a 50th place finish…set a collegiate 10K personal best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 35:27.6… Honored with the Conference USA Academic Medal for having a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher.
2017 (Freshman): Competed in 4/6 meets for the Herd…ran a time of 18:24.2 in the team’s opening 5K at the Morehead State Eagle Opener…ran a time of 29:01.5 in the Commodore Classic 8K…ran a time of 29:13.0 at the 5-mile Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational…ran a season best 8K time of 28:24.57 at the VertCross Invitational.
