R-SENIOR SEASON (2020): Played in eight games with six starts … Sixth on the team with 45 tackles … Also had one tackle for a loss, one sack, one interception, one pass breakup and one forced fumble … Played a key role in one of the team’s top plays of the year, executing the perfect “peanut punch” to pop the ball loose from an Appalachian State player who was racing toward the end zone; the forced fumble was recovered by teammate Nazeeh Johnson for a touchdown and helped the Herd preserve its first win against a nationally ranked team in Huntington in 44 years … Four tackles in the win against App State … Seven tackles in a win at Louisiana Tech … Season high nine tackles against FAU … Tied a season high with nine tackles vs. Rice … Eight tackles in the C-USA Championship Game.
