R-SENIOR SEASON (2025): Played in all 12 games in the 2025 season, starting 10 of them. Finished the season with 50 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss, with 3 INTs, four pass breakups and a fumble recovery.
R-JUNIOR SEASON (2024): Played in seven games with one start. Finished the season with six tackles and a TFL, which came against Virginia Tech.
R-SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023): Appeared in three games, starting two of them before injuries ended his 2023 season. Finished with 11 tackles and a sack. Best game came against East Carolina when he registered six tackles and a sack in the comeback win.
R-FRESHMAN SEASON (2022): After missing the early portion of the season due to injury, Smith played in the final five games of the season, starting two at defensive back ... Finished the season with 16 tackles with a half-tackle for loss and three passes defended ... Had a career-best five tackles in the win over Georgia State.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2021): Played in five games, finishing with seven tackles, including 1.5 for loss ... Had his first career sack against FIU.
