Nick Russo is a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Career Education at Marshall University, where he supports students in career exploration, resume development, and interview preparation.
He brings a strong foundation in psychology and sport performance, having worked as a mental skills coach with youth and collegiate athletes during his graduate studies at Florida State University.
Nick holds a B.A. in Psychology from Denison University, where he served in multiple leadership roles and was inducted into several academic honor societies. He earned his M.S. in Sport Psychology from Florida State and is currently pursuing a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Marshall.
Passionate about student development, Nick combines research, mentorship, and practical tools to help students thrive both academically and professionally.
