Herd Competes at Buckeye Tuneup

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Marshall track and field team took part in the competition at the Buckeye Tuneup Friday afternoon and recorded a pair of top-five finishes.
Andrea Chidester finished the 600 meter run in a time of 1:40.77 and Andrea Porter ran the 1000 meters in a fourth-place time of 3:05.64.
Marshall will take part in the Conference USA Indoor Championships Wednesday and Thursday in Birmingham, Ala.
