Marshall split its mid-week games defeating Ohio on Tuesday and falling to West Virginia on Wednesday.

The Herd comes into the series winning its first Conference USA series of the season after winning just two conference series last season.

Zach Inskeep currently leads the Herd with five home runs, tied for fourth-most in the conference, and is second with 20 RBI.

Tucker Linder has 10 multi-hit games this season and has had nine games with two or more RBI as he leads the team with 25 runs-batted-in, which is tied for fourth-most in C-USA.

Erik Rodriguez is tied for the league lead with three triples, while having the third most steals in the conference with 15.

Linder is currently on a nine-game hit streak.
