HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall baseball (1-2) looks to bounce back on Tuesday when it heads to Richmond, Ky., to take on Eastern Kentucky (3-7).

Marshall baseball started the season 1-2 this weekend in a series with Morehead State.
Geordon Blanton started the season with .500 batting average in 12 at-bats, with four RBI and four steals in the series.
Ryan Leitch collected six hits in 13 at-bats with two homers and four RBI.
Luke Edwards hit .500 with five hits in 10 at-bats with three extra-base hits, two doubles and a triple.
Raymond Pacella threw five scoreless innings with seven strikeouts on Friday and Zac Addkison threw five innings giving up just one run and striking out six batters. It was both of their first career starts.
Scouting the Colonels
Eastern Kentucky (3-7) finished off a three-game series at East Tennessee with a 9-7 victory in the second game of a doubleheader on Saturday. The Colonels dropped the first two games by one run each.
Cam Ridley hit .571 with two runs scored and three RBIs in four games last week. He had a .647 on-base percentage. The outfielder hit safely in all four games and had three multi-hit performances.
Freshman left-hander Bryce Travis will make his first career start on the mound. The Richmond native is 0-0 with a 3.52 ERA in six relief appearances this season. He has allowed one run on three hits, walked two and struck out 11 in seven and two-thirds innings.
