HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Marshall track and field team continues its 2022-23 season at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational in Louisville, Kentucky this weekend. Only the women's team will be traveling to the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville.
The Herd women have already set six school records this season. One record holder, Mikah Alleyne, will make her season debut in the 400. Alleyne set the indoor school record in the event last season, racing a 53.62.
"I am excited to see Mikah Alleyne debut in the 400 this weekend," Head Coach Jeff Small said. "I also look forward to seeing our distance runners, hurdlers, sprinters, and everyone compete in the field events. Just really looking forward to getting on the great facility at Louisville and to go against the best competition we have seen all year."
