Herd Baseball to Host Ohio State; Adds Contest at Cincinnati Next Tuesday

First pitch scheduled for 1 p.m. in Charleston against the Buckeyes
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University baseball team (8-5) is set to play host to the Ohio State Buckeyes (8-6) in Charleston, West Virginia, on Wednesday at GoMart Ballpark.

The Herd also added a contest in Cincinnati, Ohio, next Tuesday against Bearcats at 5 p.m.

The Buckeyes are 8-6 after sweeping a three-game series at Cal State Bakersfield last weekend.

OSU's projected starting pitcher George Eisenhardt has one start and one relief appearance under his belt this season. He's thrown 5.0 innings giving up one run on two hits.

Cole Andrews leads the Buckeyes .467 batting average and 15 RBI.
