Marshall Track and Field Returns to Competition Friday

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — After a number of high-level performances at the Raleigh Relays, the Marshall track and field program travels split-squad for the two-day South Florida Invitational in Tampa, Florida and for Friday's University of Charleston's Golden Eagle Invitational at Laidley Field.

"We've had a couple great weeks of training and our student-athletes are excited to get back at it at USF and Charleston this weekend," Director of Track and Field Keith Roberts said. "I know the great performances that we had in Raleigh has definitely given us an additional boost as a team."

Following the meets this weekend, Marshall will travel to the JMU Invitational in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
