HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Volleyball team (6-3) returns from the Rocket Invitational to host the Eastern Kentucky Colonels (6-3) for the team's home opener on Tuesday night at the Henderson Center. First serve is set for 6 p.m.

"This weekend was a huge success for our program," Herd Volleyball Head Coach Ari Aganus said after the Rocket Invitational heading into the home opener on Tuesday. "We battled three very tough teams and had some things exposed that we hadn't seen yet this season. We strive to win every match we play, but to walk away from a hard weekend having learned and added a tool our tool kit, it's a success and what we strive for in the preseason. I'm excited for the quick turnaround to play at home this Tuesday. EKU has had a great season thus far and I expect it to be an intense, very electric match. We'll need everyone to come give us the amazing home court advantage our fans give us in the CAM for our first home match!"
