Herd Track & Field Travels to PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational in Louisville

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Marshall Track & Field continues its stretch of four-consecutive weekends on the road with the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational in Louisville starting Friday. The first events start at 10 a.m. Friday from the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.

"It is exciting to be traveling to another great meet with great competition," Director of Track & Field Keith Roberts said. "We looked at some of the heat sheets and performance lists and we see that there is again some high-level competition. Our kids will be ready and we expect to see that competitive mentality and build our way up so by the time we get to the Conference Meet we are ready to make some finals and score points."Â
After the two days in Louisville, Marshall will travel to the Liberty Classic next weekend before coming home for Senior Weekend and the Marshall Invitational starting on Valentine's Day.
