- Bub Feringa pitched all 13 innings in Marshall's two wins over the Ragin' Cajuns. She threw a season-high 143 pitches in the team's victory Friday. Feringa followed it with an 89 pitch performance Saturday to secure the series win.Â

- Miami is the five-time regular season MAC Champions, and winners of the last three MAC Tournaments. The RedHawks have made the last four NCAA Tournaments.Â
- Miami is 12-14 under first-year head coach Mandy Gardner-Colegate. The RedHawks have played two games against SBC competition this year, winning in 11 innings over App State, and losing to Georgia State.Â
- Marshall leads the all-time series, 21-13 over Miami. The two slides have not met since 2017. Â
ABOUT OHIO
- Ohio is 17-7 this season. The Bobcats have been tabbed as the MAC favorites for this season as the team searches for its first NCAA Regionals appearance since 2018.Â
- The Bobcats have a pair of pitchers with a sub-2.50 ERA with freshman Anna Wise (1.48) and Wahama High School graduate and Mikie Lieving (2.19). Redshirt junior Skipp Miller has also thrown a no-hitter.Â
