Prior to Marshall: During his high school career he had a 7-0 record in 11 appearances, 52 innings pitched, and a 2.29 ERA. He made 2nd team All-State, All-Region team, and All-District team.
Personal: Born on April 30, 2003. His parents are Bruce & Marybeth Thompson, has an older sister named Allison who plays volleyball at Franklin College. Outside of sports he enjoys hanging with his friends and listening to music.
