2020 (Senior): Competed in two meets in the shortened season … began the year at the Blue Ridge Open dual meet at Appalachian State and finished 15th with a time of 28:17.90 in the 8K … competed at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships hosted by UAB and finished 58th with a time of 27:23.2 ... named Marshall's recipient of the Conference USA Spirit of Service Award for Fall 2020.
2019 (Junior): Competed in one meet for Marshall due to injury…set an 8K PR at the Evansville Invitational with a 30th place finish and time of 27:11.9 … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2018 (Sophomore): Competed in 3/6 meets for Marshall…began the season with a collegiate-best 5K time of 16:48.7 at the Queen City Invitational…ran in 29:23.3 at the John McNichols Invitational in the team’s first 8K of the season…returned from injury and ran in 30:30.7 at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships hosted by Florida Atlantic… Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2017 (Freshman): Competed in 6/6 meets for the Herd… ran a time of 16:58.7 in the team’s opening 5K meet at Morehead State… ran a time of 29:23.0 at the Commodore Classic in his first collegiate 8K…improved his 8K time with a season best at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 27:18.18…finished in 59th at the Conference USA Championships with a time of 27:18.92…ran a time of 34:40.3 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
Prior to Marshall: Was a two-time qualifier in 2014 and 2016 in the AAA division State Cross Country Meet…holds a personal best of 16:02 in a cross country 5K…in track was a two time state meet qualifier in the 3200 meter run, finishing 10th in 2016 and fifth in 2017, earning All-State honors…won the 2017 Marshall University High School Invitational 3200 meter run.
