HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University women's soccer team (3-7-2, 0-3-1 C-USA) returns to Huntington to host UTSA (6-4-1, 1-2-0 C-USA) on Friday night at Hoops Family Field. First kick is set for 7 p.m.

The Herd fell to the Old Dominion Monarchs last Friday 4-0 in Norfolk, Va.
 
Freshman goalkeeper Mira Pastoft made two saves.
 
Freshman midfielder/defender Ava Hall recorded MU's lone shot on goal.
 
Leading the way with a team-high five goals this season is freshman forward Meg Jarvis as senior forward Kat Gonzalez has contributed three scoring efforts.
 
Junior forward Morgan White leads the Green and White with two assists.
 
SCOUTING UTSA
The Roadrunners are coming off a 1-0 overtime win over North Texas on Oct. 1.
 
Ellis Patterson leads UTSA with three goals and nine points, while being tied for the team lead with three assists. Kendall Kloza and Anna Sutter have added a pair of goals each.
 
Alissa Stewart is tied with Patterson at three helpers on the year.
 
Jil Schneider has played every minute in goal this season and has recorded four shutouts while making 35 saves.
 
SERIES HISTORY
The all-time series between the two sides is tied 2-2-0.
