HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Baseball team (5-6) welcomes St. Bonaventure for a three-game series this weekend starting Friday with first pitch set for 6 p.m. at Jack Cook Field.

- The Herd is coming off a 13-4 win at Virginia Tech on Tuesday night in Blacksburg, Virginia.
- Evan Bottone leads the Herd with a .436 batting average, .542 on-base percentage, 17 hits and four homers.
- With 14 walks drawn, AJ Havrilla leads the Sun Belt Conference and sits 18th in the nation.
- Marshall has four of the top five leaders in the SBC in strikeouts as Kenyon Collins (25), Drew Harlow (23) and Bryce Blevins (21) rank second, fourth and fifth, respectively.
ABOUT THE BONNIES
- St. Bonaventure sits 4-6 coming into the week with a contest at Kent State on Wednesday before traveling to Huntington.
- Last weekend the Bonnies dropped it series at Navy falling on Friday and Sunday with a win on Saturday.
- With a 4.02 ERA, St. Bonaventure leads the Atlantic 10 and ranks 61st nationally.
- Chris Hoalcraft leads the team with a .375 batting average and 15 hits.
