HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Baseball team (19-23) readies for a pair of midweek road contests at Morehead State on Tuesday and at Ohio on Wednesday.

PRE-GAME NOTES

The Herd fell in its series at to Troy over the weekend.
Tuesday's scheduled starter Landen Doll has 39 strikeouts to just seven walks in 30.1 innings with a 2-2 record.
Evan Bottone is sixth in the SBC with a .366 batting average.
Cooper Hinson holds the team lead with 17 doubles and ranks second in the conference this season.
With 47 runs scored, Tyler Kamerer ranks second in the SBC.
AJ Havrilla ranks 19th nationally with 41 walks during the 2026 season and leads the SBC.

Morehead State registered a series sweep of Southern Indiana over the weekend in Morehead.
The Eagles rank 11th in the nation with a .320 batting average and ninth nationally with 486 hits.
Aubrey Kearns has the 13th most hits in the country with 68 and 20th best batting average at .398.

ABOUT THE BOBCATS

Ohio was swept in a home series by Akron over the weekend.
The Bobcats sit 63rd in the nation with 76 stolen bases this season.
Cameron Boyd leads the team with 32 RBI and nine homers.
