2005: Marshall[apos]s primary leadoff hitter and center fielder ... stepped into leadoff position and was Herd[apos]s top hitter at .320 ... joined Aaron Jamieson and Roddy Stieger as lone players to start all 50 games ... scored team-best 39 runs, led team in walks (29) and tied for team lead in stolen bases (8) ... second on team in hits (58) and on-base percentage (.425) ... solid on defense with just two errors all season ... had pair of seven-game hitting streaks, with one hitless game sandwiched in between, from April 3-May 1 ... had red-hot stretch in April, notching four-consecutive multi-hit performances in series vs. Kent State (4/8-10) and game vs. Morehead State (4/13), including three-hit games in first and third games vs. Kent State and Morehead State tilt ... in April 8 contest, swatted first home run, drove in two runs and scored twice ... had three hits, two RBI and a double in win vs. Eastern Kentucky (4/20) ... tripled and scored in game at Kentucky (4/27) ... hit second home run of season at Central Michigan (4/29) ... scored three runs in a game three times - at Liberty (3/12), vs. Eastern Michigan (3/26) and at Ohio (4/16) ... also posted three hits vs. Akron (5/8) ... played summer ball with Salina Blue Jays of Walter Johnson League.
