Marshall to celebrate alumni and graduating seniors in two-day event
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Thundering Herd track and field team hosts the Marshall Invitational in its final tune-up before the Sun Belt Indoor Championships.
Marshall will celebrate alumni and senior weekend in the two-day event at the Jeff Small Track at the Chris Cline Athletic Complex.
11 events will open the weekend Friday evening, while a full 24 events will take place Saturday.
"We are super excited to welcome back our alumni for the 'men's track is back' event!" Head Coach Jeff Small said. "We are hoping to see some more school records fall this weekend!" "
All alumni will be honored with a ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, with a recognition for 13 seniors being honored at 11:40 a.m.
