HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Baseball team (21-27, 11-13 SBC) is set to host the ULM Warhawks (25-24, 10-14 SBC) for its final home Sun Belt Conference series of the regular season at Jack Cook Field.
 
SENIOR DAY
Sunday is Senior Day for the Herd as the team honors Jackson Halter, Bryce Blevins, Drew Harlow, Cleary Simpson, Tim Baird, Cam Harthan and Ethan Murdoch during a pregame ceremony for their contributions to the program.

  • The Herd fell in Charleston to No. 15 West Virginia on Tuesday.
  • Friday's scheduled starting pitcher Bryce Blevins leads the country with 81.0 innings after back-to-back complete games with 71 strikeouts, fourth most in the SBC. His eight wins lead the conference as he sits at a career of 20 with his next one to set the program career record and tie the program singles-season mark.
  • Evan Bottone is second in the conference with 70 hits and third with a .380 batting average.
  • At 51 runs scored, Tyler Kamerer leads the Herd and the SBC while ranking third in the conference with 18 doubles.
  • AJ Havrilla ranks 13th nationally with 46 walks during the 2026 season and leads the SBC.
 
ABOUT THE WARHAWKS
  • ULM took its midweek over Mississippi Valley State at home on Tuesday.
  • The Warhawks lead the SBC and sit 24th nationally with 102 doubles while ranking 26th in the country with 497 hits.
  • Marcus Aranda leads the team with 12 homers while ranking second in RBI at 48 behind Jake Haggard's 50.
