HERD FILE: Harmon comes to Marshall from Mississippi State where he will again be reunited with former Bulldog teammate Javae Gilmore. Harmon did not appear in any games in 2024, but appeared in all 12 games during the 2023 season with one start. In 19 career games at Mississippi State, he caught 19 passes for 159 yards with one touchdown. Harmon was a four-star recruit who was named as the No. 6 overall wide receiver prospect in the Class of 2021 by ESPN.
