HERD FILE: The former Spring Valley H.S. standout went to West Virginia where he spent the last four years. Biggs saw action in 10 games as a reserve offensive lineman for the Mountaineers. Saw action against UAlbany, Pitt and Kansas in 2024. In high school, Biggs was named as a Class AAA First Team All-State selection while teaming with Wyatt Milum and Evan Ferguson to form a potent offensive line while playing for the Timberwolves and head coach Brad Dingess.
