R-JUNIOR SEASON (2024): Started 12 of 13 games for the Herd at defensive tackle. Finished the season with 42 tackles, 3.5 TFLs and 1.0 sack with one fumble recovery. Had six tackles each against Stony Brook and Georgia State. Added half-sacks against Ga. Southern and Southern Miss. Returned a fumble 10 yards to set up a TD against Coastal Carolina.
R-SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023): Played in nine games, starting one. Finished the season with 13 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss. Had six tackles at Coastal Carolina.
HERD FILE: Transferred to Marshall from Florida. Thomas appeared in one game during the 2022 season while at Florida, recording one tackle in the win over Eastern Washington. A three-star prospect in the Class of 2021, Thomas finished with 88 tackles, 31 tackles for loss and nine sacks as a senior in helping Dunbar H.S. to the 6A Region Finals. Has three seasons of eligibility left. Thomas chose Marshall over Temple.
PERSONAL: Mother is Chanteau Wardlow. Has three siblings: Eric, Sahari and Kafari. Majoring in Health Sciences.
