SENIOR (2024): Appeared in nine games at QB for Marshall, starting five of them. Finished the season 65 of 120 for 673 yards and 7 TDs with just 2 INTs. Also rushed for 207 yards on 57 carries. Finished 15 of 25 for 177 yards and 3 TDs while also rushing for 53 yards in win over Western Michigan. Also was 16 of 21 for 132 yards and a TD while rushing for 23 yards against Ohio State. Won the starting QB job in fall camp after coming in to the program in June.

HERD FILE: Stone comes to Marshall from North Texas where he appeared in four games and made two starts for the Mean Green in 2023. In those four games, he was 22 of 40 for 274 yards and four TDs while rushing for 70 yards. Also saw action in four games as a backup for UNT in 2022. Prior to North Texas, he played for two seasons at Abilene Christian, starting seven games in the 2021 season before an injury limited his year.
