COACH'S CORNER
Assistant Coach Caleb Bowen on the meet
"Today was a big step forward for both teams. As a whole we competed the best that we have all year. I am really proud of everyone and how they ran but I'll send as special shout out to Barkley Castro and Abbie Short on the women's team and Hunter Deem, Austin Jordan, and Josh Endres for their breakout performances on the men's side."
"Now we have to focus on the last two weeks of training before conference and hopefully we will run our best two meets when it counts: conferences and regionals."
