2012: Appeared in 22 games in his true freshman season...batted .146 in 16 starts...recorded his first collegiate hit against Canisius (2/18)...drove in and scored his first run later that day in a game against Bryant...recorded his first and only multihit game against Morehead State (3/13).
Prior to Marshall: Attended Lawson State Community College (two years) and St. Thomas University (one year)...hit .290 freshman year at Lawson State then emerged in sophomore season with a .310 average and six doubles, two triples, and 17 stolen bases (17 attempts).
High School: Played baseball at Gulliver Preparatory High School...hit .324 with six doubles and two triples his senior year...named to the Public vs. Private School All-Star game at second base as well as the Broward County vs. Miami-Dade County All-Star game...team won district championship all four years along with a regional championship and state runner-up in 2007.
Personal: Born on May 1, 1990...son of Berta and the late Noel Jimenez...has a younger brother, Ricky, and a younger sister, Becky...majoring in Business Management.
